MUNYONYO - The JLOS Publicity Committee (JPC) on March 28th 2018 concluded a 2 day strategy development retreat held at Speke Resort Munyonyo. The retreat was attended by public relations officers and communication focal persons from the eighteen government institutions that make up the Justice, Law and Order Sector.

About the JPC

The Justice, Law and Order Sector (JLOS) Publicity Committee was established in 2010 by the Technical Committee as a forum for public relations officers from member institutions with the goal of coordinating communication activities at sector level. In this regard, the JLOS Publicity Committee has a membership of 17 persons (excluding technical advisors from the JLOS Secretariat who are ex-officio members).

The JLOS Publicity Committee (JPC) was set up primarily arising out of the need to foster the 3Cs of communication, cooperation and coordination, more specifically in the domain of information dissemination in the Justice, Law and Order Sector.
